I prepared in Storyline 2 (now I work with Storyline 3) application for offline view e.g for touch screens with windows. I published executable file and it works fine. But when I published for mobiles devices it does not work, I tested with Ipad 3, 4 and samsung smartphone. Here is the link: http://tiny.pl/gldc4
My friend told me because of flash player version. I dont know flash player, my application or another things?
That shouldn't come as a surprise; a Windows executable will not run on other operating systems such as iOS or Android. You can use a tool like PhoneGap to convert Storyline HTML5 content into a iOS and/or Android app.

Also, as an alternative to creating your own app, you might want to check out the Articulate Mobile Player.

Sure that way I published as HTML5 and flash for mobile and AMP too but...still does not work with my App.
Did you use PhoneGap for convert Storyline content?
