This matrix here provides a good features comparison between Flash-based vs. HTML5-based vs. content viewed through the Articulate Mobile Player app. Also, keep in mind that Android is not officially supported yet, although some users have tried and succeeded in running Storyline content on selected Android devices.

Thanks for your kind response. That was really helpful and let me figure out how much and what content can be used, if target audience is mostly mobile users. And if I intend to take care of all kinds of mobile devices, then flash based must be a good idea, what do you think?

Hi Beth, actually if your target audience uses mostly mobile devices, then HTML5 (not Flash) is your best option. While Flash is the standard for desktop users, it is not supported on iOS devices, e.g. iPad.
