Do you have the iFrame code for your page that you're able to share here as well? That may help users spot anything that could be throwing this off. I viewed it on my iPhone 6S and in landscape mode it displayed correctly but it was within portrait not showing as I'd expect.
Did you follow the steps here to insert it into a web page?
Ah, that may be it then - the old school tag you've used to center it, could be interfering with how Storyline 360 will look at displaying the responsive player and scaling it based on device. I'll admit I'm not much of an expert in using iframe codes on a web page, so I'll also confirm with my team if they can think of any other issues that could be causing the display to not work on the mobile devices.

We're doing the same thing you linked to, and centering the iframe on the
page with an old school tag.
