Modern Player and Closed Captions
Jun 01, 2018
Hello,
I've been playing around with the new Modern Player (love the concept!) and noticed that the on-screen Closed Captions are dramatically smaller than the classic player.
It's nice to be able to see more of the screen, and my guess is that the captions might resize with the player as it adjusts to screen/window size.
I work with a lot of "seasoned" audiences, mostly on laptops, where the current closed captions in the modern player (desktop view) will be too small for them to read. Any thoughts, options, or workarounds that I'm missing? Thanks.

Ah found it. In case anyone has a similar question - I had to bump the player font size to 200% to get the size to where I needed it.
Fortunately, I am not using any other player text. I could see where only a global option like that could be problematic.
Glad you found what you needed Luke, and you're right that the overall closed caption font sizing (and the player font sizing) is based on overall slide dimensions as well. So we'll try to keep those things in proportion but you can adjust the sizing as you saw.
