Module Bar states on slide layers

Aug 15, 2018

Hi,

I'm currently creating an eLearning module that has a jump scene which takes you to multiple parts of the module when you click on specific icons. The icons can be clicked in any order and the module has a status bar which progresses as you complete the module.

I've managed to trigger the status bar so that the states (1-19) progress in the correct order no matter which order the icons are visited (and every time you are taken back to the jump scene) through a status bar variable that adds 1 for each new icon visited. See attached photo.

My current problem is that on slides that have additional layers, I can't seem to trigger the layer status bars to progress in the same way. The status bar always shows as it's initial state. The triggers on the layers are the same as the slides (see attached) except the timeline is on the layer not the slide.

Please help!

Hello Keran and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are looking to design.

I'm sure that someone in the community will be able to help you out with that.

You mentioned an attachment, but I do not see anything attached above. Be sure to share your .story file so that someone can take a peek at what you've already built and help you out :)
