Module Scoring Issue

Hi all,

Hope you can help. I have just published a SCORM 1.2 module to our LMS. 

In Articulate Storyline 3 I selected:

Report status to LMS as: Passed/Incomplete.

There are 4 multiple choice questions. Passing score is set to 80% (so they have to get them all correct to pass. If all 4 are not correct I set the fail button to reset the questions and send them back to the beginning of the assessment)

In the LMS I selected:

Complete module when: Score & LMS finished received. The mastery/passing score is set to 80.

I have tested the module and it when I select the correct answers the screens behave as expected, the pass slide is displayed and I exit the module.

However the LMS displays as Failed: 25%.

Based on the above - does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I have tried removing the mastery/passing score on the LMS settings, as well as changing the 'complete module when:' to just LMS Finish, and to just score received.

I get the same result each time - is it something I can change when publishing from Articulate (Storyline 3)?
