Moodle and Tin can as well as articulate mobile player

Dearest the members and staff of Articulate community..

I have some questions that I hope they get clarified as soon as possible..

I read in one of the posts that a person can upload a lesson on a certain LMS that supports a Tin Can API, that you can track the user's results in quizzes and place them inside my LMS..

Now my question is Tin Can API supported by moodle?

If yes what should I exactly do to let my pupils use their Articulate mobile player in order track their results later?

If moodle doesn't support such thing like tin can api, can I still use SCORM when I upload a lesson and my students can sign in to their accounts using Safari in their ipads so I can track them in the moodle LMS??

Please let me know as soon as possible?
