Moodle Best Practice

I am planning on using Moodle LMS on a shared hosting server (HostMonster).
What is the best practice for uploading Storyline videos?
- PHP Version? (Moodle 2.2 requires PHP version 5.3.2 or later.)
HostMonster gives: PHP 5.2.x, PHP 5.3.x, PHP 5.4.x

- Moodle Version?
The current verison is Moodle 2.4.3+.
- SCORM/Tin Can Version?
Which works best with Storyline & Moodle?
My understanding is Tin Can is available for Moodle with a plugin?
- Any problems I should be aware of?

Hi there Nicholas,
I haven't personally used Moodle, but there are quite a few threads on this topic. If you haven't already, you may want to take a look at a few and see if you're able to find the information you're seeking.
You may also want to post over in the Building Better Courses section, if you haven't already, for some additional exposure.
Here's some threads that may be worth checking out:
Need help with LMS decision....is Moodle that great?
Upload a course to Moodle
Storyline + iPad + Tin Can + Moodle solution?
Good luck! :)
Thanks for the response.
Those posts helped with some of my questions but I reposted on Building Better Courses to get answers on the others.
