Hi guys, the problem is basically in the title. I have objects on motion paths, tracked by a hotspot. You can only interact with the hotspot when it reaches its original position thereby rendering the game not fully functional and a little frustrating..... Any ideas?
Hi, Martin -- Thanks so much for reaching out and sorry to hear of your troubles! Do you happen to have a file you would be able to share here that might help illustrate the behavior you are describing? If so, please use the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box and you will be able to browse and upload from there.
Hi, Martin -- As Phil noted, you are welcome to share a sample or generic file that illustrates what you're reporting if you'd like, and I also wanted to note in case you were not aware that when you reply to a forum notification via email, the details and confidentiality notices in your signature are displayed publicly in the post. To remove that info, please click here to be taken to the discussion itself, and then you will be able to use the EDIT button below your reply.
Hi, Martin -- Sure will! After clicking on the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button on the bottom left of the reply box, you will be able to browse and upload your .story file from there.
Hi, Martin -- Thanks again for your patience! Unfortunately, I have tried to publish your file for testing and have not been successful, so in order to get you the assistance you need as quickly as possible, I have gone ahead and submitted a case with our Support Engineers for additional review. You should receive an email confirmation shortly, and I'll be sure to follow along with their progress.

Hi, I'm really sorry but I can't send you the file as it's an internal document and there is sensitive info in it :(
Basically the hotspot moves on a motion path but you can't click the hotspot until it returns to its original position.
Kind Regards
Martin Beaver
Can you mock up a slide or remove the sensitive info? this will be difficult to solve without seeing the file and what you are attempting to create.
If not you could raise a support case and see if the articulate support engineers can resolve this.

Thanks Christie/Phil, If I copy the file and delete the info should I use the 'add attachment' button here? Will that get it to you?

I've deleted content and just included one of the mini games I've got issues with.
Kind Regards
