I'm recording video in Storyline 360. I changed the Windows mouse size to be very large. But the screen recording mouse size is tiny. Why doesn't Storyline record the actual size of my mouse? And how can I change this?
Can I ask if you have the Scale setting of your monitor set to any value other than 100%?
To check, you can right-click anywhere on your desktop and select Display Settings to see the screen above. If you have your monitor set to a value other than 100%, try setting the value to 100% and check to see if this improves the size of your mouse.
If the size of the mouse doesn't improve, please open a case with our support team here so we can have our support engineers take a closer look at the behavior you're experiencing.
