Mouse wheel behavior in Closed Captions Editor Oct 10, 2019 By Jon Schiedermayer I think this is a bug. When editing the bubbles in the Closed Captions Editor the mouse wheel scrubs horizontally across the time instead of up and down within the bubble you are editing, making it difficult to edit the text within a bubble.

I'm happy to take a closer look, and try to replicate the behavior. Also, what version of Storyline 360 are you using? You can find this detail by clicking on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
