Movement Dependent on Previous Answers

Hello, 

I am trying to build a game. This game has 3 words that you can drop on a picture. When you drop the correct word on the picture I would like a man to move up a ladder. Then you drop the incorrect word on the picture, the man should not move. 

Once you drop one of the three words on the picture, the man either moves or doesn't move, then you are given three new word with one of them being correct. 

I want the man to reach the top of the ladder when they have dropped enough correct words on the picture. 

I can setup the first sequence but when the 2nd set of three words appears I don't know how to tell it to move the man based upon his current location instead of just moving him to a fixed point.
