Drag and Drop not going to center of and object

Hello!
I made a drag and drop (see picture). My activity is that they drag the words to their correct shape and I want the word once they drag it to the shape to pop into the center of that shape, however, once when I drag the word to the correct shape, the word goes either to the left or the top of the shape, not the center. How do I get the words to go into the center of the shape. First picture is what it is doing, 2nd picture is what I want it to do, but isn't.

Thank you for sharing the screenshots!
If you navigate to Question Tools > Design > Drag and Drop Options, do you have Snap to Center selected?
Those options will appear if you use a Drag and Drop graded question or a Freeform Drag and Drop question.
If you're creating triggers manually, then you can click your target object and select this option from the dropdown menu:
