I have some hand gestures (to demonstrate swipe movements for touch screen training), the files are Adobe After Effect files. When I render the .mov file and import video into Storyline it comes in with a white background. I have selected lossless- alpha in AE. Can anyone help with this?
or suggest another way I can get the swipe movement for use in my training?
Based on he info in this thread here: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/transparent-mp4 it looks like only FLV video with transparency is not encoded into MP4 and therefore will retain its transparency. You could also try to publish your content and then replace the videos in the content folder with your transparent-background vids.
