Hi folks - I have INSERTED mp4 video into my project and it won't play when I preview or publish the project. The files are 750MB, which I believe to be under the limit. I have set the videos to play automatically, also tried setting the vidoe file to play once the timeline starts... no dice. Help
AH --- YES!!! The encoding changed on the vids I was pulling from Cisco Webex. Using your handbrake recommendation I was able to fix my issue.
For your reference, webex went from 30fps to 25fps and (possibly) other things seem to have changed (screen resolution etc) ... using handbrake enabled the vids to load perfectly. Previously I was getting a blank screen when publishing or previewing but could see and play the video while editing.
