MP4 Videos Not Playing in Storyline

I am trying to insert videos that I screen capture into Storyline. With the shorter videos (less than a minute) there is no issue at all. However, with longer videos it takes forever (over 40 minutes) to upload the video, and when I do it does not work. I even tried to add the video to a PPT and insert it into Storyline, which did work in Storyline. However, when I tried to save it as a zip file to upload into our LMS, it does not save correctly. If I delete the slide with the video on it, it works fine. Please help.
