You can have a quiz in each language. When you publish it, indicate in the Tracking window that all of them are Final Assessments. The program will send the LMS the results of whichever quiz is completed first. Because a learner will complete the quiz that's in their language, that score will be sent to the LMS.
FYI: You can create one file with scenes with different languages, and let the learner choose which one to view.

However, you can only indicate one language for the Text Labels (that is, the system messages, such as warning messages). There's more info about that in this post about multi-language courses: How to Create One Storyline Course with Multiple Languages - E-Learning Heroes (articulate.com)
Hello Judy
Thank you for the help - sometimes the solution is so easy:-)
