Storyline lets you track a course by a single quiz (result slide). However, it sounds like you have a need to track multiple quizzes, depending on the learner's job role.
Do you need to know what the learner's quiz score is? If you simply want to mark the course as "passed" if the learner receives a passing score, you should check out the course completion trigger.
If you do need to track the actual quiz scores, I'll leave it to the community to help you set up that custom quiz. This similar discussion is a good place to start!
We're having this same issue as well. A client would like to see the reporting for a pre-test as well as the final knowledge review, all from one course.
Yes. If your learner will be taking both assessments, you can have a result slide for each and then a final result slide that calculates the results of both of those that will get reported to your LMS.
For example:
Content
Quiz 5a
Result Slide 1 for 5a with an 80% pass rate
Content
Quiz 5b
Result Slide 2 for 5b with an 80% pass rate
Final Result Slide calculating Result Slide 1 and 2 that shares a cumulative score based on both quizzes being passed.
Can you please explain why Articulate is continuing to ignore the request to allow more than one Result slide to be reported out when FOR YEARS your customers have been asking for it - it would not be that complicated to add to the Tracking tab (in publishing) more than one Result slide - then which ever path a learner goes down - THAT result slide can publish out. It is insane that you can have a request like this for years and not do anything about it. And I need question level detail in my output so the above option is not an option!
Thanks for your patience, and commitment to seeing improvements around quiz tracking in Storyline. I'm happy to share today that we've implemented a new feature that allows for expanding tracking within your Storyline 360 courses. You can read all about it here! You'll now be able to utilize:
Thank you for posting this, Ashley. I went into my Storyline 360, and those features are not available. In what update were they included? I am afraid that we may be missing an update.
I was so embarrassed after I posted my question to see that Ashley had provided the release number. Here is the version we currently have - 3.33.20625.0. Of course it's clearly outdated. At our organization, we do not have admin rights to our computers, so I have reached out to IT to install the updates.
This will make my life so much easier, because we produce eLearning for Clinicians, Medical Assistants, and Admin Staff. We branching in pretty much every course. This will really help us more accurately track how our learners do on assessments and knowledge checks.

I'm having the same request as well. This is a long overdue feature.
I have the same need; one assessment for each major part of the course; totally 2 assessments each of which must be reported on. Is that possible yet?
For example:
5a - need to pass with an 80%
5b - need to pass with an 80%

Here is a tutorial on how to set this up.
Thank you a thousand times for this! I am working through it now, and really appreciate your help.

Hi Maria,
I can assure you that it's not being ignored. We are tracking this feature internally and it is listed as a top priority.
I've added your suggestion to our report for how you would like to use this feature as well, so thank you for sharing.
I wanted to share some information about how we manage these feature requests as that may be helpful.

Hi Rebekah,
As Ashley indicated above, this was included in Build 3.44.23192.0. Details here.
Do you know what version of Storyline you're using?

No worries, Rebekah. I'm glad that you were able to get the information you needed and are on the road to upgrading :)
