Multiple Choice answer not showing up

I have a few courses that are now about a year old. New employees are required to take these courses. The questions at the end are all multiple choice, but recently i have been getting reports that one of the 4 choices is not visible. There is a space where the answer should be, but its not showing up. This seems really odd. I tried the course myself, and i don't have this issue. what would cause some people to have this issue, and not others. And, what could be causing this

Hm, that's strange! I did a quick search, and I haven't seen that reported before. What version of Storyline were the courses built with? Do you happen to know what browser the learners were using?
I know, very strange. I believe they were made with storyline 2. I kind of think it's s browser issue, could be an lms issue as well. As far as I know, it had been working fine. I don't know offhand about the browser they are using.
Good to know, Pryce. If you hear reports of it happening again, double-check that the learner is using a supported browser. I would recommend that they use the latest version of the browser, as well.
