Multiple Choice Dial Template (Need to be this involved?)

Greetings, salutations, and howdy!

I created a quick multiple choice question template, using a dial for the learner to select one of three answers and wondered... Do my triggers need to be this involved? Is there a simpler, more efficient way to set this up?

The goal of this template is to provide instructions on the dial to the learner, hide those instructions as the learner turns the dial to select, the letters will 'enlarge' when the dial has them selected, and based on the answer chosen when the Submit button is pressed, the learner is shown the Correct or Wrong layer.

It seems to function properly as is, but I'm always interested in learning ways to streamline the triggers when (and if) possible.
