Multiple Choice Variable Issues

I am working on a custom multiple choice where the user needs to check more than once box to be correct. However, right now they can cheat by clicking all of the boxes. 

I currently have a trigger set up to add 20 points to the quiz score if

option 1 = selected

and

option 2 - selected

and

option 3 = normal

and

option 4= normal

But I am still running into the same problem. I have also tried changing it to not equal to selected on the last two and have the same results.
