Multiple Layers and State of Objects
Oct 09, 2015
Hello! I am a novice Articulate user. I have a slide with 13 objects that each individually link to a corresponding layer (13 layers in total).
I am attempting to change the state of each object once the associated underlying layer has been viewed. In other words, I want the user to know when they've explored one object so that they are not duplicating efforts.
I have successfully created the additional states for each object. The problem is, when I set the trigger to change the state of the item, it does not work. There does not appear to be a specific option on the trigger menu to change the state of an item once a layer is viewed.
Any perspective or advice on this? Thank you in advance!
Elisabeth

Hi Elisabeth
try putting the trigger to change state on the layer - so whatever button the user clicks to close the layer, put the change state trigger on that button as well.
