I would like to know how to build a slide with multiples questions like employee names, emails, phone numbers etc through Articulate online using data-entry function in storyline 2. Please help me step by step. I have separate quiz sections, too.
I want to know how to set the multiple questions in order to collect the date through Articulate online.
In Storyline, Results Slides allow you to your LMS, or in this case Articulate Online. You're free to use multiple result slides in the same course (although only one result slide can be tracked in Articulate Online). You can even combine scores from multiple result slides to create a final result slide with a consolidated score.
I would recommend setting up your employee information slide as a Survey slide, which is not graded. Just be sure to add a results slide for the survey so Articulate Online can collect that data. If you aren't crazy about the idea of your users seeing a Results slide after entering their employee information, you can always add a trigger to jump to another slide.
Hopefully some of your fellow community members can chime in and provide specifics on how to set this up!

Hi Jenny and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
This is not a standard set-up within Storyline, but perhaps this forum thread will get you headed in the right direction.
Hi Jenny! Thanks for reaching out here!
