Multiple Response - Incorrect feedback not working

Hello,

I'm just starting with Storyline and am taking over a course created by another person. I have noticed that the "Incorrect" feedback does not work correctly. It works fine within a true/false question, but within a Multiple Response question, it will only be displayed if you rapidly click the Submit button multiple times. Occasionally, even the multiple clicks won't get the "Incorrect" prompt to display. I searched the forum and found no mention of this problem.

We are using version 4.1311.1422 of Storyline.

Here is an image of the Multiple Response settings. I believe that they are fine, but, I've been wrong before.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Dana,

Any chance you could make a test version of the project and post it? Same file just remove anything you don't want to make public.

You can save the project with another name and just send the offending slide over.

I had a similar issue with multi-select quiz slides and it could be the use of stock versus custom buttons, custom objects, the way the answers are set up, etc.

Hi Pedro,

Thanks for your quick response. My problem was that I was trying to use the "Incorrect" option when I had Unlimited attempts.

I should have been using the "TRY AGAIN" option instead. I now have both "INCORRECT" and "TRY AGAIN" working. Sorry, about wasting your time. I should have realized this right away, but I didn't.
