Must be signed in - but I'm already signed in

Hello - I've had this issue for a couple months now and I don't know how to fix it and don't see anything in the archives.  When I try to open a SL 360 course from my desktop, I continue to get a message that says "...you must be signed in to Articulate 360..."  However, I'm already signed in.  Sometimes I close everything and try several more times and it miraculously opens.  But sometimes it doesn't.  Do you know why this is happening?  How do I resolve this? Thanks!!

It sounds like you might be on an older version of the Articulate 360 Desktop.

We recently made improvements to the Articulate 360 sign-in experience. As a result, older versions of the Articulate 360 desktop app have expired. Let's update your Articulate 360 desktop:

  • You can install the latest update by clicking the Install Update button in your desktop app or downloading the latest installer right here.
  • After updating the desktop app, you can sign back in and continue working as usual. If you forgot your password, you can reset it right here.
