I don't see any "mute" options included in the special parameters here, and since you'll want the video to continue to play you wouldn't be able to "pause" the slide and start the audio on a layer. Also, since it's a YouTube video, you won't be able to edit it to silence a portion of the audio. Do you have the video in another format than from YouTube? If so, you could use the editing features described here to silence that portion of the video, and then include your own audio within the timeline to play at a particular time.
