Mutiple questions on one slide

Nov 13, 2015

How can I put more than one question (simple multi choice) on one slide. I'm relatively new to Storyline and I can't seem to find the answer to my question.

Many thanks

Hi, Ruth -- Welcome to the community! In addition to the thread that Michael provided, you may also want to check out some of the suggestions listed in this thread, More Than One Graded Quiz Question/Slide. Please let us know if any of those ideas will do the trick for what you have in mind or if you still need further assistance. :)

Thanks Michael/Christine. Christine – I’ve read through the threads you sent and still don’t seem to be able to find the answer – perhaps its because I’m new to this !

Michael. I've had a read though the thread you referred me to and created the slide – I have attached a very simple example slide.

The problem now being is that all 4 answers need to be selected before they can be submitted.

Is there any way in which each can be submitted individually?

Also when selecting the answer, the buttons stay highlighted so if you change your mind to another answer you have to click back onto it to un-highlight it. Unlike on normal question slides the answer selected will automatically change.

I don't need any scoring on this as its just a recap slide.

Thanks folks! Any help would be appreciated. I'm a novice at this. :)

Hi Ruth,

Thanks for sharing your file here - I think Christie's link was in regards to the video set up of multiple question types on one slide. In your slide set up - if you were looking to have the user be able to only choose one answer for each of the questions you could create them as button sets.

Also, if you've set up them to be all on one slide, the built in functionality will mark it as incorrect if they don't select all the correct answers.
