Hi there Zach! When you are editing the Hover state of the object, double check the animation on the text box. Do you have both the Fly In From Left and Fly Out To Right animations listed there?
If so and you're still not seeing the correct exit animation, could you share your file here so I can take a closer look?
Thanks for sharing your file here, Zach! One thing to keep in mind is when using built-in states (Hover, Selected, Visited, and so on), you don't need to create a trigger for those in the trigger pane. The trigger is already built in. All I did was remove the "Change the state of the rectangle to hover..." trigger, and it's fixed! I attached the updated file here so you can have a look.

Ok. Small update. I copy and pasted the text to a few more of the boxes and the effect worked but will isn't working on the green "promoters" button
Hi Zach, Remove your mouseover trigger, it's messing with the natural function of the hover state.
