I have read lots of articles (here and in product support) to try and resolve this issue. Using Storyline 2 and LITMOS LMS. Everything I have read says that when publishing for mobile devices tracking is not possible. I am told we have another course which does run and does track on the iPad. I have checked my publish settings against that course and they are identical.
Does anyone have any ideas what I am missing here?
Thanks for your reply Matthew. My requirement is that the files, which include tracking... and once all modules are viewed the learner can access the assessment module... can be accessed via an iPad. The user would log into LITMOS (after being invited) via their iPad and be able to run the course from an iPad. It follows that LIMOS would have a record of completion or part thereof.
I have tried to log in to LITMOS from my iPad using SAFARI and then using Chrome. It allows me to log in and choose the course. The course launches in LITMOS (I see the splash screen and the LITMOS title bar) but then the screen was going black. I assumed it was trying to launch the Articulate player so I removed the player. Now it prompts me to download the Articulate Mobile Player App. I can click on the Next module button in the LITMOS title bar... it open the next module but prompts again for the Articulate Mobile Player App.
Sorry to be so tedious but I cannot see what the issue is.
Regards
Kate
PS I did research the Tin Can stuff and confirmed that LITMOS is compatible with Tin Can. I also looked at changing the output from SCORM to Tin Can API... but the other course that currently works perfectly in LITMOS/iPad publishes SCORM output?
Agree with Matt here, if Litmos supports xAPI then you need to publish for xAPI to view in the mobile player, otherwise you need to publish for scorm and uncheck use AMP
Thank you both for your advice... I have now re-published as you suggested and the material is now working successfully on both the PC and the iPad. Clearly my internal advice was incorrect.

Publish settings attached.
Does that make it clearer?
Thanks in advance.
