Hoping someone has some insight into a problem. Our file previews perfectly fine inside of Storyline, but when we launch it inside of the LMS(TrainCaster), text labels appear after 4/5 interactions slides, regardless of correct or incorrect entry,and makes the end-user experience more confusing and clunky. I have submitted the Storyline file as well as screenshots of the issue inside of TrainCaster.
Hi Kaylie! Thanks for sharing your screenshot and the published output. The "Information" block you're getting doesn't look like it is an element of your Storyline 2 course. I uploaded your output to SCORM Cloud, which is a great place to test your LMS content, and I couldn't replicate that box appearing. Here's my link.
