Sorry for posting this again, tried adding to an old thread but need help quickly...
When I publish a session any text boxes with name reference in them change font from Calibri to I'm guessing Ariticulate. Since it's calibri I know it's not an issue with the computer not recognizing the font. How can I fix this?
Since you are in a time crunch, would you be able to share your file here so that we can check it out for you? In addition, there are a few things we can check first to rule out some common issues.
Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline.
Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here.
