After a learner clicks submit for a quiz question, is there a way to set it so the learner can go back and change an answer? For example, imagine a 5 question quiz, the learner clicks submit for question 2. Then, when answering question 3 realizes question 2 was answered incorrectly. Is there a way to allow the learner to go back to question 2 and change their answer?

You can change the quiz format so the answers are all submitted at the end. Here's the User Guide info about that:
