I have had frustrating experiences with Articulate lately. Can I get a contact/ support from the actual Articulate team? Dancing around in the forums has been good but doesn't help when project deadlines are hanging on the head and the software throws generic errors with no clue about the problem.
I'm seriously thinking of exploring alternate solutions but as this is paid for the year, let me see this through.
