The Results Slide is hidden from the menu by default to prevent learners from skipping quiz questions and submitting the quiz too early. So don't worry, everything is working correctly in your course menu.
Now, let's tackle why the last question does not move to the results slide. Take a look at the "Correct" layer on slide 1.16.
There you'll see a trigger that says, "Jump to slide unassigned when the user clicks." The unassigned slide should be the results slide. Simply adjust that trigger, and that should get you back up and running.
