Need help on creating xAPI statement to record user experience of watching video in storyline

I am looking for some help on how to create xAPI statements to record the user experience of watching a video in Storyline 360 in my next project. I am looking for a statement to get data on the user played, paused, or skipped the video, etc, on the storyline page with the video. Can anyone share any resources on how to create these statements?
