Need help with displaying survey results

Apr 28, 2016

I need some guidance with Pick One survey slides and the associated Results slide. Here is what I want the end result to be for these surveys.

Each survey has multiple Pick One slides with five choice buttons (Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree) for each question (one question per slide). The five choice buttons on each slide have a point value from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree).

After the user completes the survey Pick One slides, a Review slide displays the total point value of the users choices made for all the Pick One slides in the survey.

Based on the total point value, one of three possible messages is displayed to the user based on where the total point value falls within one of the three ranges associated with three possible messages.

Example:

A total point value within the range 1 – 23 for the nine Pick One slides, displays the message: “Your survey results indicate you might be better at a different type of position other than Supervisor”.

A total point value within the range 24 – 33 for the nine Pick One slides, displays a message: “Your survey results indicate you have some areas of weakness to improve upon in order to become an effective supervisor.”

A total point value within the range 34 - 45 for the nine Pick One slides, displays a message: “Your survey results indicate you might be successful as a Supervisor.”

I sent two emails a few minutes ago.

Here is what I want the end result to be for these surveys.
Each survey will have multiple Pick One slides with five choice buttons for each question (one per slide).
After the user completes the Pick One slides a Review slide will display the total points value of the users choices.
Based on the total points value, one of three possible messages will be displayed to the user based on where the total points value falls in one of the three ranges associated with the three possible messages.

Example: the button choices on the Pick One slides have values ranging from one to five points each on all nine slides.
The user completes the Pick One slides and the total value of their choices is displayed on the Results slide.
A value of let's say 9 for the nine Pick One slides displays a message "look for another job"
A value of 27 for the nine Pick One slides displays a message "you might stand a chance of being successful"
A value of 40 for the nine Pick One slides displays a message "this could be a great opportunity for you"

I'll be leaving for the day and will be back in the office on Monday. Hope to hear from you.
