I created a spinner and can control how it spins. After it spins and lands on four, I want the car to move four spaces ahead. I tried layers to no avail. I also tried using the timeline to no avail. I'm just not availing anything and I want to avoid moving to a different slide if possible.
Ummm, my first thought would be to create a number of states for the car. Each state can have the car in a different location, so depending upon where the spinner lands (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) you could have the car's state change to match. So state "1" finds the car residing on the next square, state "2" on the 2nd square, etc. This wouldn't show the car animating and driving though, just transporting to it's new location.
