Hi Linda and let me welcome you to E-Learning Heroes!
Can you confirm you're working with local project files, please?
Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior so be sure that you are working on your local drive (your C: drive).
You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names (this includes spaces and underscores).
Additional information regarding "Naming Files, Paths, and Namespaces" in Windows operating systems can be found in the following Microsoft article.

Thanks!
So.. I was able to get around the crashing to finishing up my project.
BUT, now I am at peer review stage.. ( and it will be published via an LMS. I cannot have issues when it comes to these two stages.)
The path to fileset where it is being peer reviewed is:
\\wwwascdev004\Learning_Team\WBTs_Developers_Repository\TEST\TKPR\story.html
When others are launching it from here... there are screens missing that are not missing locally.
Is it normal that it would also have issues there, post publishing?
Hi Linda!
Glad you were able to get your project finished.
Issues can still occur post-publishing that may be more user or machine-specific issues.
Simple first steps to trouble-shooting could be clearing cache, updating Flash, or even viewing in a different browser.
Hopefully one or more of those solutions will help you.
Thanks,
Leslie
