Need to reinstall Storyline and Characters...

Hi bruce, if you can uninstall storyline from your PC that will deauthorise it

Otherwise install using your serial numbers, if the characters wont install contact upport who can deactivate your authorised machines

You shouldnt have a problem but if you do you still have the 30 days free until monday for support to help

Whats the best way to get all character packs off my old PC onto this one?

Can I just copy everything from C:\ > Users > Bruce > AppData > Roaming > Articulate > Shared > 2.0 (and below) to get all my colour schemes and Players back?

My PC died :(  I have a loaner PC, and I need to reinstall Storyline 2.  As my computer was sent away,  I cannot access the Serial number.  Please could you help me to reinstall the software with  charcater bundle? thanks so much

I did find my serial number. However, Storyline 2 not allowing me to use this license. It is still in my other laptop. However, for a single user, are we not allowed to install in two machines?

Hi Indrani,

You can install it on up to two machines, but if you're seeing an error that you've exceeded activations, it could have been installed on another machine and never deactivated.
