Need to type a paragraph with returns in a text entry field.

Hi There!
I am trying to do a software simulation and I have a text entry field in which the user needs to enter several lines of text. During the simulation, I was hitting the "enter" button to move to the second line of text - however Storyline is not capturing it in the simulation.
When I hit enter in the text field - it is submitting my response instead of moving the cursor to the next line of text.
For reference, I am trying how to show users to set up an email signature in Outlook . When entering the contact information, they need to hit return to enter your second line of text.
Can I achive this in the simulation without Storyline telling me its wrong and thinking I am trying to submit the text response. Or an alternative workaround.
Thanks

Make your text entry box taller than one line. Then, pressing Enter adds a line break. See some info here.
Hi Michael,
I tried to adjust it, but Storyline sees all of that text as being on one line. Even when I make the entry field bigger, the moment I hit enter/return to go to type the next line of text, it tells me I did not submit the data correctly.
Hi Melissa,
I test this on my own, and see the behavior that it's all being treated as one line so it looks like you'd need to do the "shift+enter" method to have it be captured - but this will also put each text element on it's own slide.
