Never ending opening

Hi,

I'm a casual user of Storyline (2 and 3).

I have troubles with v3 which splash screen occupies my PC screen during at least 10 minutes ("Commandes en cours d'initialisation...").

Did anyone meet this situation ? What do I need to do ?

Is there a way to have this splash screen under other windows ?

It sounds like the user profile on the machine may not have admin permissions. Let's try this quick tactic first:

End any running Storyline processes, do a reboot, and then right-click the Storyline 3 icon on your desktop
Go to Properties in the dropdown, and then click on the Compatibility tab in that window. If you have access, check the box to Run this program as an administrator and then launch Storyline 3 again.
