I think that it is good that Articulate is beginning to look at the limited range of its illustrated and photographic characters.  More needs to be done here.  For example, we need different ethnicities as choices as well as different ages.  I design for K-12, and there are no children or teenagers available to use as characters.  We also need characters that have different body types.  Not all people are fit and thin as portrayed in all of the characters in A360.  I would also like to see animated options for illustrated characters as this is a more readily available and expected format in the current age of the web.  I do know all of these can be built outside of the tool, but it would be nice to see some of this within the tool itself.
