New Retry Quiz Issue

We, as of February 1st, 2021 started to receive support tickets for one of our courses. The issue is usually when someone takes the course, fails it, and then retries it and passes. The score will not report to the LMS, but shows up in ScomCloud. We are using ScormCloud dispatches and the issue has popped up on two different LMSs so far with all sorts of browsers. Some courses are also resetting progress which is an issue on a 2.5 hour course with locked navigation. Has anyone else experienced this and or solved the issue? I have been round and round with Scorm support with no luck and usually they are great at finding and solving issues.
