Newbie needs help on use of text box Apr 29, 2014 By Gerry Fav Hi Anyone, in trying out insert text box following the tutorial, instead of entering text characters one can enter a string, for example, =lorem() this appears to be a script that retrieves and displays a text file on the slide. It's a cool feature. Can anyone be kind enough to explain this feature and provide sample coding of the script ? Thanks.

That is a built-in feature that doesn't require any coding or scripting and isn't connected to any external text files. It is just in there to provide an easy way to generate placeholder or filler text.
