Next/Previous Button on Quiz review only appearing on mobile devices.

Please see this System Requirements sheet to ensure that you are viewing content in a supported way, and if you continue to have difficulties, I'd recommend that you share your file so we can take a run some testing. I think I am viewing the content in a supported way and it's being hosted on moodle so I'm uploading it for you to have a look. Can I be really cheeky and ask that while you are looking at the content can you tell me why the images in the antihistamine slide are flickering and if you click in the image more than once it changes!?! I took the design from a community template and changes the pictures.

Hi, Tomas! Many thanks for your patience while I did some testing. I can confirm that I am seeing both the flickering image behavior you have reported. I am also finding that the Prev/Next buttons are missing when tested on a PC via the SCORM Cloud as seen here, but do appear as they should when tested via mobile devices (iPad and iPhone 6).

I was able to locate existing tickets where both of these issues have already been reported to our QA team for investigation. And while I do not have workarounds or a timeframe in which these bugs could be addressed, I have added your post to those tickets. So, any additional updates received will be shared here at that time.

I'd like to test this in Storyline 360, since this is an older thread. Can you tell me a bit more about your file?

• Do your quiz slides have a custom Submit button?
• Are your learners stuck in Quiz Review because they have no Next button when they view the course on desktop?
• Do you see the Prev/Next buttons on mobile?

Thanks for coming back to me!

We do have a custom Submit button on the project.

The learners are not stuck as they can still see the submit button to move on. However they then do not get any feedback for the Multi Choice questions.

Yes we are seeing the next previous buttons in Mobile and Tablet outputs. Only on PC is it missing.

I attach the player template we are using.

Any help you can give with this would be much appreciated.

Thanks for confirming that, David!

The behavior you're describing is a known issue when you remove the volume button from the player. If you enable the volume button, you'll see the Prev/Next buttons during quiz review on PC.

This issue is in the hands of our Quality Assurance team, and although I'm not able to provide a timeframe for updates, I'll be sure to pop in and add details to this forum thread as they become available.
