No audio in published Storyline project from web server

I published it for web and uploaded the zipped published output to Tempshare to test it in a web environment. The audio plays as expected for me.

Audios are not playing in the output shared.

Hmm, that's really strange, Vijay! Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this.

• What type of machine or device are you viewing it on?  
• What browser are you using?
• Are you not hearing any of the audio at all? If it's only a few slides or slide layers not playing audio, let me know which ones.

System details : 32bit os

ram : 4GB

os : windows 7 ultimate SP1

Browser : Google chrome Version 58.0.3029.110

Slide Name : professions_lm   (not the only slide) Sometimes i found some images are not displaying in exercises but that is not with this storyfile.

Its not with particular slide, sometimes i cant able to hear the audio which i heard previously and vice versa and i am not the only one facing this issue our customer are also facing the same issue.
