For some reason some of our URL links that we add in the Sources (within the Player), do not have the "click" function. They highlight, but that's it. Can't find a solution in other discussion boards so want to reach out if anyone has this issue and solved it?
Thanks for reaching out! I haven't seen this issue come up either. Are these public-facing URLs, or are they internal? Perhaps some permission settings need to be changed?
I recommend removing the source altogether and re-adding it. If this doesn't help, feel free to share your .story file with our support team, and they can lend a hand in testing your file!
