Storyline - Content Library - Videos - Won't Load

I'll engage our security team to see if these restrictions can be lifted and if that will do the trick... 

I'm also having issues with a slide layer showing.... I'm trying to have the "next" button OR a "Layer" show once all the layers have been "selected" The states change fine to "visited" but once all are visited the "show layer" when state of X Y Z is "visited" is not engaging the slide layer.
I've tried grouping the text box and image as well as ungrouping.

Happy to help with that layer issue you're seeing. Try these steps:

• Set the slide properties to "Resume Saved State." 
• On each layer, you'll need some kind of close button. If you already have one, use this trigger to close the layer: "Jump to slide [current slide] when the user clicks the close button." Do not use a Hide layer trigger, since that won't restart the base layer timeline.
• Add this trigger to the base layer: "Show layer [final layer] when the timeline starts on [current slide] on the condition that the state of X Y Z are Visited."
