NO communications

Hi Dave,

I was getting emails from ELH but these have stopped.
Likewise from Support.
Have raised a case, have emailed.
Only response was a change password which made no difference.

Nothing now for 14 days or more.
Very frustrating.

It is not a spam filter issue.

Please can you help.

Sorry for the trouble receiving E-Learning Heroes emails. I understand how that can be frustrating. I see you've also reached out via a support case where my teammate Luiza shared the steps to ensure you are subscribed to the E-Learning Epiphanies emails. You have received the password reset email, so it looks like emails from the @articulate.com domain are coming through.
