No initial numerical entry showing?

Can anyone tell me why some of my initial values in my numerical entry fields aren't showing up?   When I try to use the value in a javascript function, they're undefined, yet the variable dialog shows them with a default value of 0.   

Numerical Entry is the box by itself at the top of the boxes.  one2 is the box at the bottom second from left labeled Ones.
